We have been working with Sharon Tiger for close to 5 months, Vista Pro hired her as a sales consultant and trainer for a staff of 4 outside sales representatives. Initially, we started with a 3-month contract with the intent to first meet one on one with each representative and assess their abilities, obstacles, and what changes needed to be made. Not only did she assess each individual but also how the company was supporting each individual. Sharon met with each representative every week, a detailed summary of each meeting was sent the following day. Within the first month and a half, both strengths and weaknesses were identified in the sales individuals and the areas that the company needed to better support them were identified. A plan was formulated and the final month and a half Sharon started working with the individuals on their plan along with helping the organization create better processes and systems to better support the sales staff. In the very short 3 months, we have already seen a vast improvement of the overall culture of the sales department along with an increase in sales. Since the initial 3 month contract, we have extended our contract for what we hope to be well into the future.
